Pricing
When sending messages from TextOnline, TextCampaign, TextMail, TextOMS, and the Developer Toolkit, you just pay for the messages that you send. There are no set-up, monthly or ongoing charges.
Similarly, there is no minimum monthly message volume, messages don’t expire at the end of the month, and you don’t pay extra to receive delivery reports and SMS message replies, or to send a message from your organisation name.
Messages can either be bought in advance of sending, or sent and then paid for on-account. When you register with us, just tell us whether you would like an evaluation account, a pre-pay account, or a credit account.
Also, do let us know if you’re a charity, an education establishment, a member of the NHS, a housing association, or a member of the armed forces or emergency services, and we’ll take 15% off our standard charges.
To ensure we provide the highest quality of message delivery, we send all of our messages through UK operators, where the InterConnect Fee (approximately 3.0p) is paid to the delivering network.

Additional services
TextInbound
A dedicated TextInbound number, purchased and set-up online from within your account, is charged at £25 per month. There is no setup fee, and no charge for each inbound message.
TextPremium
Charges for the TextPremium service fall in to two areas: a set-up fee and a monthly rental of your Short Code and Keywords, as follows:

TextAlert
Each TextAlert is purchased and set-up online from within your account, and is charged at £10 per month. Messages that are then sent through your TextAlert are charged as above.
