Account Type Help X You can choose to open either a full account or an evaluation account. With both account types, you will have access to all of our text-messaging services, and receive 20 free messages to evaluate the quality of our services. With a full account, we will ask you to tell us how you would like to settle your account, for any services that you use beyond the 20 free messages. You can choose to pay by BACS, Direct Debit, or to pre-purchase any of our services by Credit/Debit Card With an evaluation account, once your 20 free messages have been sent, you will be able to buy additional message credits securely, online. If your evaluation progresses well, just contact us and we can move you over to being a full account holder. TextOnline: Help X This web-based application enables you to send text messages to individuals and groups of people from any online computer. You can create company-wide address books for your contacts as well as setting-up multiple users on your account, with tailored access privileges. Messages can be sent immediately or scheduled for later delivery, with replies being displayed in either the user’s online inbox or email inbox. The delivery status of every sent message can be viewed online. You can also send up to 11 characters with your message that will appear on the recipient’s phone, helping them to identify you as the message sender.	TextPremium: Help X Our Short Code and Keyword services provide you with a convenient way to enable people to contact you, or as a means to charge mobile phone users for receiving text messages from you. You may wish to offer your clients and prospects an easy way of contacting you by SMS, by texting your chosen Keyword to a Short Code. This service enables you to invite your audience to, for example, “Text INFO to 84025”, on your promotional material, marketing flyers, or web site. With a Short Code service, you don’t have to charge someone a premium for interacting with your Short Code – it’s your choice as the service provider.	Developer Toolkit: Help X With the Developer Toolkit you can integrate a text-messaging capability easily and swiftly in to your application or website. Use our Web Service, HTTP(S) Receiver and SMTP Service to send and receive text messages. The Developer Toolkit provides you with everything you need to get started: reference manual, code samples, test account and access to support resources. There is no charge for the Developer Toolkit – just pay for the messages that you send.
TextCampaign: Help X Our SMS campaign service enables you to conduct high volume, personalised, two-way SMS text message-based marketing campaigns from your online pc. You can create, manage and monitor your own large-scale (often referred to as bulk) text message campaigns, with your own spreadsheets, databases and lists of mobile phone numbers as the campaign recipients. The application’s simple-to-use four-step wizard will guide you through the creation and execution of your text-messaging campaign in minutes. Simply upload your file of recipients over a secure link to your secure area, type in the message you wish to send, personalise the message to the recipients, and then schedule the campaign’s delivery – send the messages now or at sometime in the future. Replies to your campaign can be forwarded to you as emails or can be collated for you in to a spreadsheet for your review and action.	TextInbound: Help X Our inbound number service enables you to receive SMS text messages through your own dedicated, eleven-digit phone number, hosted by us. Once you have selected your phone number you can publish the phone number to your clients, prospective clients, colleagues and partners, and receive their text messages in to your organisation, arriving within seconds of the message being sent. Inbound SMS messages are most commonly forwarded to you as simple emails. You can also run competitions, votes, and subscription services with your inbound number, as well as setting up an automated response to go back to inbound message senders, if required. You can set up any number of keywords on your inbound number, enabling you to run many different services on one inbound number. If you wish, you can also integrate this facility within your own application, and receive incoming messages via HTTP or through our Web Service, using our Developer Toolkit.	White Label: Help X TextPartner, our white-label offering, enables you to run your own text-messaging business, offering all of our end-user applications as your own. We provide you with the applications, the SMS services, the management tools, and the hosted service – without a single mention of TextAnywhere. Your clients will be able to securely login through your customised login page to use your services. Once logged in, your clients will be able to send and receive messages, purchase other services, access documentation, and manage their account with you. All of our end-user applications and our Developer Toolkit can be offered to your client community, as your text service. You can choose which services you take, and you can rename each service with your choice of name.
TextEmail: Help X With our email-to-SMS services you can quickly and easily send SMS text messages from any email system to any mobile phone, and receive replies and delivery confirmations by return. We offer a choice of three email-to-SMS services – two where you just pay for the messages that you send, and a third service where you purchase software to sit inside Microsoft Outlook. TextMail The TextMail service is the standard email-to-SMS service that sends a text from any email system, with verification based on the sender’s email address. There is no charge for this service – you just pay for the messages you send. Giving a user this right will enable their email address for sending texts directly from their email. TextOMS The TextOMS service enables you to send texts directly from within Microsoft Outlook, using Microsoft Outlook 2007’s Outlook Mobile Service. There is no charge for this service – you just pay for the messages that you send. Giving a user this right will enable their email address for sending texts directly from their Microsoft Outlook 2007 client. TextPlugin The TextPlugin chargeable service provides a user with software for Microsoft Outlook, enabling tight integration with Outlook’s address books. You can purchase this application from within your account, once your account has been activated. You will be charged a one-time licence fee for this service, and an email will be sent to you with download and installation details.	TextAlert: Help X Our SMS alerting service enables critical messages conveyed in email form to be translated in to one or more text messages and then sent to a pre-defined list of recipients’ mobile phones. This service gets critical information on, for example, the performance of computer systems, quickly and reliably in to the palm of an engineer’s hand. Up until now, automatically generated email alerts remain unseen unless the recipients are physically reading their email. Clearly out of hours this is not the case. This service ensures that critical alerts and important information is delivered automatically to the right people, by SMS.	Third Party Application: Help X If you are registering with us to make use of a text facility within an application provided by a third-party, then please select this option. It is likely that the third-party has invited you to open an account with us as they will have developed their application to use our text-messaging capability.
