How do I find out whether a message was delivered or not?


Within the two web-based applications, TextOnline and TextCampaign, you can check the delivery status of any message. For TextOnline, click on the SENT MESSAGES left-hand menu, and then choose the message that you want to check the status of.

For TextCampaign, click on the SENT CAMPAIGNS left-hand menu, and choose the campaign that you wish to look at the status of. You will first see a summary of the whole campaign, showing the numbers of messages that were delivered, failed or timed out, for example.

For all of the other message-sending services you can download a daily or monthly report of each message that you sent through your account through the Administration Panel of your account.

Once logged in to your account, click on the ADMIN PANEL button in the top right-hand corner, and then choose the REPORTING left-hand menu option. From the new page, select the report "Sent by all users and applications" and the day or monthly period to report on.

A CSV file will then be downloaded to your desktop, enabling you to select, view and analyse the data. Data is provided on every message that you sent during the chosen period, so the file might be quite large.
