Can I stop an SMS being sent once I have set it up?

In some cases you may be able to stop an SMS being sent once you have set it up, but this will depend on how you have set up the delivery of your text messages.

If you have used TextOnline or TextCampaign and simply sent a message to be delivered immediately via the ‘Send Now’ button, it is not possible to stop or retrieve the message. However, if you have scheduled the message for a date and time in the future, and you have not reached the scheduled time of sending, then you can log in to your account and view 'Scheduled Messages'. Here you will be able to view and edit the message if you need to, or select and delete it.
