I can access the website but when I log into the Desktop Utility it states no user found ? ?

This tends to indication that the email address or the password being used on the Desktop Version is incorrect.

In the Desktop Screen there is a green button with a spanner inside it. Click on this button and this will display the users credentials. Check and enter in the correct email address and password in to the box provided. This should rectify the issue.
