Our infrastructure has been designed and implemented with component redundancy to ensure that when a component fails it can be replaced without service interruption.Our SLA and commitment is to make our platform and services available to our client community for 99.99% of the time.As with all technology solutions sometimes we do require updates to our system, in order to ensure our clients receive the most up to date functionality and service from all of our SMS solutions. We will always alert you in plenty of time of any scheduled maintenance.
