With the white label SMS service can my clients have pre and post pay accounts?

Yes, you can choose for your clients to be either pre or post-pay clients. Pre-pay clients must have credits on their account to be able to send messages, where as post-pay accounts can send messages without any pre-purchase required.

With a pre-pay account, your client can purchase a message pack by choosing the pack size they wish to purchase and contacting you (for you to conduct the purchase offline), or by paying for the pack of messages via your PayPal account.

If messages are purchased through PayPal, then payment is taken online and the pack of messages are allocated to the client automatically. You would then need to raise an invoice for the purchase.

With a post-pay account, you would invoice your client at the end of the month for the number of messages sent in the month. From the white label SMS service you can run an online billing report that details the number of messages sent by each of your clients in the given month.

This report would determine the amount that you invoice each of your post-pay, credit account clients.
