Adrian Harris – I am the General Manager for TextAnywhere. I am responsible for all aspects of the business, staff, portfolio, profiling and finances.
SMS is current, everyone uses the medium whether it be privately or at work, this makes me feel that we are at the epicentre of the world of modern comms. I also get a real buz from the many different personalities within the business, their different skills and capabilities.
All the products appeal to me as in essence they all provide the same, instant comms, albeit via a different delivery style/capability. Basically we provide the business world with a direct communication vehicle to the recipients hand/eye, this is very powerful and appealing from a service provider perspective. If I am to be pinned down then our API product, the Developer toolkit. This automates the service with a small nonintrusive piece of code, clever and efficient.
My main role is as Customer Services manager looking after our fantastic customer services team. As I’ve been with TextAnywhere since 2005 I have been able to pick up a deep understanding of TextAnywhere products and systems and also lend a hand where needed!
TextAnywhere is a great company to work for, a super team in all disciplines makes it a pleasure. The fact that I and many others have been here for a long time speaks volumes!
It’s difficult for me to single out a product as they all do the job they are designed for superbly but I think that our TextSurvey application, particularly the interactive version, is hard to beat. We are very happy to take suggestions from our clients and, where possible, our development team will incorporate these.
My name is Tia and I work in the customer services & sales department at TextAnywhere. We are responsible for offering help and assistance to front of house calls and emails, business intelligence and first line technical support.
The thing that I love the most about working at TextAnywhere is talking to a wide variety of clients with varying needs for their businesses. This makes every day unique and never dull, with a sense of instant achievement when you have managed to help them out.
One of my favourite products that TextAnywhere offers is TextOnline. I like the simplicity of it, as well as you having the ability to send to hundreds of recipients very quickly. It’s very easy to use and you have the ability to schedule when you want to send messages and have a thread of your messages available to remind you of what has been exchanged.

My name is Shereen and I am a Senior Account Manager at TextAnywhere. I am partly responsible for the Top 50 clients along with another colleague, I am actively responsible for bringing in new clients to the business and accumulating revenue in the process. I liaise with all departments mainly our Customer Sales Services and our Marketing department.
I am very passionate about TextAnywhere and our products, I have been part of this organisation nearly from day one. It has been a great experience to see the progress the company has achieved over the years, with such a great team and family atmosphere.
It is a very difficult question for me to answer as I love all our products, but if I have to choose one in particular it has to be the API for integration this is a great tool that any business can implement within their platform, which will enable them to send SMS with a press of a button. Having previously been a customer of TextAnywhere for many years, the thing I like the most about working here is being able to see a wider range of sms use from “the other side of the fence” and being out and about across the UK meeting our customers to share those ideas with them.

I like all of the products from TextAnywhere! However, if I had to choose just one product, it would be TextCampaign. It’s so easy to use and provides our customers with the functionality to contact multiple clients in one easy send but with the option to personalise each message for that individual touch.
My name is Wendy and I work in the Marketing Department at TextAnywhere. I am responsible for managing our digital marketing amongst other duties. Entering my 8th year at TextAnywhere I have transitioned from Customer Services, onto Business Development, to now happily applying my creative abilities within our fantastic Marketing Team.
The flexible and lively working environment is something of great value to me. Our Team are made up of so many diverse personalities, which attributes to being a really great place to work. I have always thought the TextInbound service is an understated product; this tool enables our clients to offer a phone number to assist with their inbound SMS marketing programs. Because TextInbound is so flexible you can advertise keywords and a long number anywhere on print, radio and TV for example. For this reason I believe this product is one of the best Text messaging services we offer that never fails to deliver extremely cost effective results.

One of my favourite products that TextAnywhere offers is the Text Survey tool. As a marketer gaining customer feedback is vital for the work that I do. Our Text Survey tool is easy to use and people are more inclined to respond to a text message survey compared to any other forms!
I’m responsible for the technical team at TextAnywhere; this is a challenging but thoroughly enjoyable role and one I’m looking forward to progressing over the coming years. We develop, maintain and support all our software in-house with a highly dedicated and experienced team, we work closely with each area of the business to ensure our customers receive the best experience and service possible.
Although we’re growing year on year; we’re still able to nurture the small company atmosphere which helps make TextAnywhere a very enjoyable and productive place to work. Everyone knows their rolls but is always willing to help each other out to ensure things get done efficiently and correctly.
TextGroup is one of our newer additions to our inbound long number service (TextInbound) and allows each person that is added to the TextGroup to receive messages sent to the long number which means everyone is kept up to date with the information. This is particularly useful for schools, who want to keep parents updated on school trips for example, meaning the teacher/assistant doesn’t have to give out their personal mobile number. Replies can be disabled by replacing the phone number with a maximum of 11 characters.
